Hythian's 'City of' Guide.
So I finally got it far along to put up publically. Not perfect, by no means finished, some sections ( foe groups ) don't even have any content in them yet and are just there for organizational purposes so I know what my links to it later will be. But it is up and I am working on it slowly.

Still very incomplete, but trying to add stuff as I take time from actually playing.
Been focusing more on the CoV stuff then the CoH stuff so far, since there is such little other CoV info out there.
